Actually, someone I know described this kind of cold as "humid cold," which I thought was pretty interesting. I've never thought of cold as having a "humid" option, because, y'know... snow and stuff. But I suppose it's got to be an option, because it's not always so cold that the moisture in the air just congeals into snow.
